Meet our dedicated leadership team
The Trust is an independent, self supporting Non Profit Organization which is self managed by its Board of Trustees as indicated in its Trust Deed.
The Board of Trustees (BOT) with 10 Trustees is entrusted with full power and authority to control, administer and manage the affairs of the Trust. The Trustees are from diverse backgrounds varying from educationists, accountants, retired military and civil officers, social welfare activists. The educationists are encouraged for their services in Committees and Sub Committees.
The Board holds at least two half yearly meetings normally in February and September to assign tasks, delegate authorities, review the progress of activities of the Trust and issue Policy decisions. PCP in their Evaluation Report mentioned that the abundance of professional acumen, years of experience and devoted altruism of the Board is a truly remarkable feature of its governance function and is evident in the policies, processes and governing doctrine.

The Managing Committee (MC) of 7 members including 4 Office Bearers out of Trustees is elected for a term of 4 years to manage day to day affairs of the Trust. It holds monthly meetings to review progress in administrative, academic and financial affairs. In addition 4 Office Bearers and one member meet weekly to oversee financial, secretariat and administrative work.

The following Sub Committees have been formed by the Managing Committee to ensure effective governance and operations.
To oversee, supervise and support all administrative measures for successful operation of projects undertaken by the Trust.
To oversee, supervise and provide guidance in academic matters for achievement of quality education, curriculum development and monitoring of both teaching and learning to achieve the objectives of the Trust.
To coordinate activities of Parents, Teachers and Management to create an environment conducive to Learning and identify common concerns and issues regarding school activities.
